These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Xiaovocals.com and the purchase and use of our vocal presets and related products for FL Studio and Logic Pro. By accessing this website or purchasing or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

All products sold on Xiaovocals.com, including vocal presets, templates, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Xiaovocals.com. Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products for personal or commercial music production. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the products is strictly prohibited. Some products may require external plugins such as Waves or Auto-Tune, which must be purchased separately by the customer. These requirements are listed on the product page.

Customers must provide accurate and complete information at checkout. Once payment is confirmed, download links will be provided to access purchased products. Xiaovocals.com is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect customer information, technical issues outside our control, or incompatibility on the customer’s system.

Because the products are digital and non-returnable, refunds are only offered in cases of proven product defects that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase and include details about the issue. Refunds are not offered for incompatibility caused by missing third-party plugins unless the product description was inaccurate. Xiaovocals.com does not guarantee that the products will meet your expectations, artistic goals, or desired results.

Customers may use the products in their own music productions but may not share, resell, or redistribute them, claim them as original work, or use them for unlawful or offensive purposes. Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their own system and workflow.

All products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Xiaovocals.com does not guarantee that the products will be error-free, defect-free, compatible with all systems, or that they will meet your personal expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xiaovocals.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xiaovocals.com shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the products. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages such as loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if Xiaovocals.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sweden. Xiaovocals.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or products after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
